Shipping policy
We post Australia-wide from our Wangaratta and Wodonga stores with Australia Post, and every order can also be collected in store.

Parcels are sent with tracking. Your postage cost is confirmed at checkout.
Heavy items
1L plant milks and cartons of milk are heavy to post, so a surcharge is added at checkout based on the weight of those items. The surcharge still applies when your order qualifies for free postage.

Click & Collect
Collect your order for free from Wholefoods Wangaratta (13 Baker Street, Wangaratta) or Wholefoods Wodonga (2 Romet Road, Wodonga). Orders are usually ready within 2 hours. Please bring your confirmation email and collect during store hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am to 2pm, Sun 10am to 2pm.
Stock can't be moved between our stores, so every item in your order needs to be in stock at the store you choose. If an item isn't in stock at that store, please remove it or choose the other store.
Pickup-only items
Fresh, refrigerated and frozen products can't be posted and are marked In-store pickup only. If your order includes any of these, please choose Click & Collect. To have other items posted, place them as a separate order.
Delivery times
Delivery times are Australia Post estimates and aren't guaranteed. Once your parcel is with Australia Post, you can follow it using the tracking link we send you.
