Ceres Organics - Organic Bulghur Wheat 500g

Our organic Bulghur Wheat is a hearty, nutty, and nourishing addition to your meals. Made from parboiled durum wheat that's dried and cracked into pieces, it's super easy to prepare - simply boil the jug! Perfect for salads, bowls, soups and more!

To cook:

1. Rinse well. Add 1 cup of Bulghur Wheat to 1 1/2 cups of boiling water in a a heat proof bowl or pot.
2. Cover and leave to absorb for about 10-12 minutes.
3. Drain any excess water.
4. Fluff up with a fork and enjoy.
