Reminiscent of hazelnuts, it is a dark, roasted style of oolong tea, which offers a full bodied and savoury flavour that lingers on the palate.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eHow to brew: Place a heaped teaspoon (2 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 70°C – 80°C and allow to infuse for 2 – 3 minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
