Our Evening Tonic is a peaceful night-time ritual, crafted to help you slow down at the end of the day. It blends cherry and blackcurrant with chamomile, passionflower, L-theanine and magnesium.

Enjoy 30 to 60 minutes before bed. Serve hot on cool nights or with chilled water on warmer evenings. Each 300ml bottle holds 6 serves.

Each serve provides 12% of the recommended daily intake of magnesium, which supports psychological and nerve function as part of a healthy, varied diet. May cause drowsiness.
