A blueberry and vanilla night-time drink formulated to support deep, quality sleep and relaxation. The blend combines magnesium glycinate, glycine, L-theanine, tart cherry, reishi mushroom, passionflower and zinc. Mix one level scoop in 250 mL of hot or cold water about 30 minutes before bed. 30 serves per tub.
