We are blessed to have one of the world's tastiest, and without a doubt, prettiest, salt sources in our backyard. The Dimboola Lake salt in strikingly pink, fed by an ancient aquifer, its unique blend of minerals gives it a wonderful well-rounded complex flavour. This makes it just the thing to add to our Exquisite Pink Salt Caramel Drinking Chocolate to perfectly balance all these wonderful ingredients.
