Our organic brown rice flour is made from unpolished and unhulled rice grains. This produces a highly nutritious, wholegrain flour that has a fine texture.

It is an excellent gluten free flour for those individuals with gluten sensitivities or celiac disease.

When compared to white rice flour, brown rice flour has a more nutty, earthier flavour, and is slightly heavier.

For optimal freshness store in airtight container. You also can place it in the fridge or freezer if you don't use it very often.
