Love Tea - Chamomile Pyramids

A herbal infusion made from the whole flowers of the plant, chamomile has traditionally been used for a range of therapeutic benefits, including its ability to aid digestive function, support the nervous system and help alleviate anxiety. It offers anti–inflammatory properties and supports healthy sleep cycles. Delicate, calming, and caffeine free, chamomile offers a subtly sweet and floral flavour. This blend is caffeine free.

How to brew: Place 1 pyramid into a cup (250ml) and add boiling, filtered water at 75°C – 85°C. Allow to infuse for 3 – 5+ minutes, and then remove the bag and serve.
