Love Tea - Rooibos 100g

Also known as red tea, or bush tea, rooibos is native to the western cape province of South Africa. Rooibos tea is naturally rich in powerful antioxidants and a wide range of minerals including calcium, magnesium and zinc. Naturally caffeine free, it is a popular alternative to black tea, perfect any time of day. Beautiful served on its own, or with milk, this full bodied tea offers an exceptionally smooth, sweet, and slightly nutty flavour.

This blend is caffeine free.

How to brew: Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75 - 85°C and allow to infuse for 3 - 4+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve. Add milk and sweetener if desired.
