Love Tea - Sleep 60g

Our naturopath has carefully selected this blend of organic herbs, to help support a deeper, more rejuvenating sleep cycle. Herbs used in this blend, including passion flower, valerian and lavender, have traditionally been used to support the nervous system, aid relaxation and improve sleep quality. This is a gentle, comforting blend of earthy botanicals, which offers a smooth, slightly sweet and refined mint finish.

This blend is caffeine free.

How to brew: Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75°C – 85°C and allow to infuse for 3 – 5+ minutes.

Ingredients: Certified Organic Ingredients Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis), Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza Glabra), Spearmint (Mentha spicata), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) Sourced from Egypt, India, Poland, China.
