Certified organic, grass-fed Australian ghee, hand crafted in small batches from single-source South Australian organic butter and slowly simmered for seven hours. Warm, toasty and lightly caramelised, with a high smoke point that suits frying, roasting, baking and sauteing. Milk solids are removed during production, so it is naturally free from lactose and casein. Shelf stable - no refrigeration required.
