With strong chocolate and malt notes from the carefully selected Colombian and Indian varietals, this blend is balanced beautifully with the addition of the tropical fruit notes so typical of Ethiopian coffees and a caramel, toffee finish introduced through the Costa Rican.

The end result is a full bodied coffee with low acidity that pairs beautifully with any milk type, or by itself as a black coffee.
