Sweet, pungent pickled ginger made from fresh ginger root, pickled in ume plum vinegar and rice syrup with shiso leaves, which give it its pink colour.

Traditionally served with sushi to cleanse the palate. Made in Japan. Chilled item, available for in-store pickup only.
