Stoneground wholegrain rye flour, freshly milled to order by Woodstock Flour from certified organic rye grown on their family farm. Low in gluten and big on flavour, it's lovely in dark European-style breads, brownies, biscuits, cakes and crackers, and can stand in for plain flour in most baking.

Best used fresh. Store in the fridge or freezer to extend its life.
