Handmade in Byron Bay since 2012, Yumbar is a vegan ice cream bar on a raw, gluten free cookie base, made from organic cashews and coconut, insecticide-free Australian almonds and sweetened only with pure maple syrup. Dairy free, gluten free and refined sugar free with no artificial colours or preservatives.
