Lotus Organic Banana Chips are made of the varieties Saba and Cardava. The mature green bananas are picked, peeled, washed and sliced. The slices are fried in fresh coconut oil and then dipped in a sugar/honey syrup solution. Enjoy straight from the pack as a snack for both kids and adults or mixed through your favourite baking recipe or muesli.
