In Morocco it is custom to serve guests mint tea on their arrival. In honour of this tradition, we have combined spearmint and peppermint, and blended them with gunpowder green tea, offering a lively and refreshing taste. The subtle mint tones are perfectly balanced with the bold flavours of gunpowder green tea. It can also be served chilled with a slice of lemon on ice.

How to brew: Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75°C – 85°C and allow to infuse for 3 – 4 minutes.

Iced tea: Brew the tea following the brewing instructions above, then chill the brewed tea in the fridge. Once chilled, serve over ice and add fresh fruit, mint or your chosen garnish.

Ingredients: Certified Organic Ingredients Gunpowder green tea (Camellia sinensis), Spearmint (Mentha spicata), Peppermint (Mentha piperita). Sourced from Egypt, China. Hand packed with care, by us, in Victoria, Australia.
