Our naturopath has carefully selected this herbal blend to help support general health and wellbeing. Olive leaf has traditionally been used to help reduce hypertension, reduce inflammation and to support immune function. Olive leaf has also long been used for its high antioxidant content. This caffeine free blend offers a refreshing, gentle and earthy flavour, with subtle tones of mint.

How to brew: Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75°C – 85°C and allow to infuse for 3 – 4 minutes. Strain the tea and serve. Please note: Over-brewing this blend for a long period of time may result in a bitter taste.
