Olive leaf has traditionally been used to help reduce hypertension, reduce inflammation and to support immune function. Olive leaf has also long been used for its high antioxidant content. This caffeine free blend offers a refreshing, gentle and earthy flavour, with subtle tones of mint.

How to brew: Place 1 pyramid into a cup (250ml) and add filtered water at 75°C – 85°C. Allow to infuse for 3 – 4 minutes, and then remove the bag and serve.
