Our naturopath has carefully selected this blend of organic herbs, to help support a deeper, more rejuvenating sleep cycle. Herbs used in this blend, including passion flower, valerian and lavender, have traditionally been used to support the nervous system, aid relaxation and improve sleep quality. This is a gentle, comforting blend of earthy botanicals, which offers a smooth, slightly sweet and refined mint finish.

This blend is caffeine free.

How to brew: Place 1 pyramid into a cup (250ml) and add boiling, filtered water at 75°C–85°C. Allow to infuse for 3–5+ minutes, and then remove the bag and serve.

Ingredients: Certified Organic Ingredients Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis), Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza Glabra), Spearmint (Mentha spicata), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) Sourced from Egypt, India, Poland, China. Hand packed with care, by us, in Victoria, Australia. Licorice root is not recommended for those who are pregnant, or suffer from hypertension.
